DOF Secretariat |

The DOF Secretariat
shall be responsible for carrying out the
organizational core services of the DOF including
but not limited to: programmatic and analytical
support to the DOF, to its Committee, and
to the broader Partnership; managerial, administrative,
information-sharing and communications services
on behalf of DOF; increasing public awareness,
nurturing partnerships and managing relations,
both within and outside the DOF, in support
of its goals and mandate; selecting the Executive
Committee candidates for elections; appointing
the Regional Coordinators; and recommending
the inaugural Executive Committee candidates
for 2006 election.
The office of the Digital Opportunity Forum
(DOF) Secretariat shall be officially launched
in Seoul on 31 August 2006. |
