On August 31st 2009, the Digital Opportunity Forum 2009 will be held in Rabat, Morocco.
The forums aim to bring together practitioners, researchers and experts from governments, regulatory agencies, and academic institutions from different countries, as well as from international and regional organizations, to commemorate the regional meetings of the Korea IT Learning Program (KOIL) alumni network as the "Digital Opportunity Forum". The Conferences will discuss two main themes: E-Government Strategy, Policy and Application and Private Public Partnership for ICT Development under the main theme of DOF, Working together toward the Inclusive Digital World.
